The iDirect Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is committed to delivering the highest level of service possible to our customers who have purchased iSupport. Through the TAC, which is available 24×7, customers can easily open a ticket, chat with an iDirect rep, view ticket history, download software and documentation, and research an RMA, all securely and via a single sign on.
