Global Vice President, Human Resources

Lindsay Weissbratten is Global Vice President, Human Resources for ST Engineering iDirect, where she leads the company’s global Human Resources organization. She is responsible for driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent, and workforce planning to support business performance and long-term growth.

Prior to joining ST Engineering iDirect, Lindsay held senior Human Resources leadership roles with Mastercard, Siemens Government Technologies, Fidelis Cybersecurity, General Dynamics, and the Institute for Building Technology & Safety. Throughout her career, she has led business transformation, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and global talent initiatives across Fortune 100 companies, global technology organizations, government contractors, and nonprofit organizations. She is recognized for aligning people strategies with business priorities to strengthen organizational capability, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University and completed doctoral coursework in Human and Organizational Learning. She has also completed executive education through MIT Sloan School of Management, Wharton, and Yale, and holds certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Associate Certified Coach (ACC), MBTI, and DiSC.
