Chief Operating Officer

Chien Kai (CK) serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ST Engineering iDirect. He drives operational excellence, strengthens cross functional execution, and ensures continuous product and service validation to support iDirect’s modernization and growth.

CK was previously Chief of Staff at iDirect and brings more than a decade of global leadership experience across ST Engineering, spanning operations, digital transformation, strategic planning, and P&L management with multiple assignments across Asia, Europe and North America.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed the Stanford LEAD program in 2025.
