Join iDirect, 29 October – 1 November in Okinawa, Japan for the International Communications Satellite Systems Conference (ICSSC) 2019.
The 25th Ka and Broadband Communications Conferenceand the 37th International Communications Satellite Systems Conference (ICSSC), the two most influential technical conferences on satellite systems, will be jointly organized in two venues.
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Ka Conference will be held In Sorrento (Italy) from September 30th to October 2nd, 2019 and the 37th ICSSC will be held In Okinawa (Japan) from October 29th to November 1st, 2019. The first day, October 29, will be devoted exclusively to the ICSSC Colloquium.
It is anticipated that the geographic spread of the two conferences will produce a more globally diverse view on the topics at hand.
The technical sessions and panels of both conferences will continue to address the last year theme and topics looking at a broad spectrum of space communications, navigation and Earth observation topics including the evolution of GEO; Ultra High Throughput Satellites (UHTS); mega constellations; LEO and MEO systems; optical communications; integration with upcoming 5G terrestrial networks together with the latest results in propagation research and integration of application and services.
