Women@Work: Empowering Women Across ST Engineering
The Women@Work initiative is a collaborative program bringing together representatives from across ST Engineering North America, including its subsidiary, ST Engineering iDirect. This initiative aims to create opportunities, foster knowledge-sharing, and celebrate women’s individual and collective successes. Recognizing Leadership and Vision
This year, we were thrilled to celebrate Roshni Gururaj, Senior Manager of Engineering, for being named one of Via Satellite’s Women in Satellite 2025—a recognition honoring her groundbreaking impact on the satellite industry. Roshni is an exceptional problem-solver, leader, and mentor.
