The Advanced Velocity training program is a four-day advanced level training course as a continuation on the Introduction to Velocity training program. The course covers more complex configuration and troubleshooting aspects and the content is fed by requests from our customers and questions raised from an operational environment. Upon completion of this training program, students will have acquired more technical knowledge and tips and tricks with regards to more complex configuration changes and troubleshooting aspects.
The iDirect Advanced Velocity course is intended for personnel responsible for second and third level escalations for the iDirect satellite products and networks. The course will provide each individual with advanced knowledge needed to understand operating and troubleshooting of an iDirect Velocity system.
The course is a blended format of lectures, demonstrations and practical exercises that provides each learner with a comprehensive overview of network operations from the iDirect perspective. In addition to course material, the student will have privileged access to the software and hardware, while also having the opportunity to completely configure a new network from scratch and test the main products and features. After completing all associated materials, lectures, practical exercises and learner knowledge assessments, a final written exam will be administered at the end of the five-day training session.
The training program can be delivered at one of our training centers (public/on demand sessions), at your premises (on demand) or even online (on demand) if applicable.
