atrexx And iDirect Announce A Valued Added Distributor Agreement

New Partnership Will Enable Greater Broadband Service Throughout Europe, The Middle East, Asia, And Africa


22 June 2006 – atrexx – Global Capacity & Facility Exchange - announced today the conclusion of a value added distribution contract with iDirect Technologies for iDirect’s entire range of broadband satellite routers and related equipment. The iDirect solution is an ideal platform to offer Internet and corporate network access over Satellites to a wide geographic footprint, or to remote locations. atrexx’ highly engineered IP over satellite services, based on iDirect Technologies and branded 2way2sat, are currently available on four satellites covering Europe, the Middle East, parts of Asia, and the whole African Continent. The 2way2sat services also provide ubiquitous and instantaneous IP based data and voice connections to enterprises, governments and NGOs, seeking to communicate with remote locations in regions with a poor or non-existent telecommunications infrastructure.
